What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

When I was in store I noticed what appeared to be bullying by a big boss to other employees. I did not jump in because it was not my space to jump in. It was very in appropriate and made me want to cancel my membership. I believe the person being rude was named Kat or something like that.

Whenever I've shopped there and had to ask for help to locate an item I have always been met with kindness and compassion.

I love how welcoming the stores feel when I walk in. Very great environment and high value products.
What can this brand most improve?
The prices are a bit high for what they're selling, in my opinion, but overall they're an amazing, peaceful, beautifully diverse store to go to.
