Qualified candidates not considered for promo, management lack direction, communication, leadership skills and PM skills, so turnover rate hi for technical talent. Not easy to move up in org. Business need is straight fwd, Resources great

CVS Health: I love working at CVS. As an employee I feel valued.
IHOP: Actual questions that pertain to the job, not my personal life
IKEA: Mostly positive experience with the exception of when COVID hit and we had to shut down for 2 months. When we opened up again the customers got worse. Many customers will not follow our policies about masks or think they are entitled to enjoy food or come shop 2 minutes before closing.
AutoNation: Coworkers are helpful even more than managers at Jaguar Land Rover South Bay

Holiday Retirement: It is good. I got bored with serving and housekeeping. So, I found a new job. I am going to stay here part-tone for a little longer. I have great work friends! I just don't appreciate that sub-par employees who openly insult residents and fello associates are allowed to remain employed.

Dollar General: Break your back for the company that barely gives raises and takes them away once the state minimum goes up, favoritism plays a huge role in more rural than usual dollar generals.
Sony: Working with Sony can be difficult, however, most of Sony is results-driven, invested in customer satisfaction, and wants a pleasant work environment. Management tends to listen to requests and responds in kind.

Oracle: It's a great place to work if you keep in mind that the company is in the midst of a huge internal transformation and some LOBs are way ahead of others, so it can be frustrating.
