Honeywell: Since I work an on the road job, I am expected to be on the road 5-7 days a week. My job description indicates 70% travel, the real expectation is 90% travel. I enjoy working with 99% of my fellow employees when the opportunity arises a few times a year.
Kroger: Fair for the most part. The job it selif is all right but, sometimes can be a lot. The mangemet is somewhat incompetent.
HP Inc.: I think HP is the best place I've ever worked. I have worked in Accenture, in Airbus, in CapGemini, in DXS and HP has the more inclusive and respectful culture, really fostering innovation and empowering their employees. HP really cares about the impact the do in the society and their employees

ADP: It started out fine. In recent years, ADP invests only in "OneADP" locations, leaving other locations feeling isolated. Leadership in the lower level business units is poor; executive leadership seem to think this can be offset by flashy townhalls.

Amazon: Im drained and i over extend myself to the company. My pay has been up and down. No room for growth. My body is physically shutting down and i want to start my own business. I feel trapped at amazon. So many demands but not enough pay.

Freeman: This company has so much potential, but it is so disjointed and so siloed. There's definitely a fair share of cliques and a lack of diversity in leadership roles. The work itself is really fun and exciting; the company just needs to align on process & fair compensation.

The people are ok but the factory is equivalent to the largest High School I have ever seen. No leadership or critical thinking is happening here. The companies values are stepped on.

Ecolab: It was great for the past 12 years. The last 6 months have been the worst work experience I’ve ever had. Extremely long hours, reporting system is inaccurate and customers are pissed. I spend more time chasing emergencies than preventative maintenance and zero sale

TruGreen: Awful worked for some big quality companies. This one is bottom of the barrel don't follow their own guidelines
American Airlines: Senior management is weak. HR is non-existent with each functional area acting as a fiefdom. Strong employees are overlooked and promotion decisions are capricious. Many middle managers of color were fired during the pandemic and no attempt has been made to rehire. It is diversity lip-service only.
Smith's Food and Drug: There is some team members that love to come to work and help customers get the best experience and that is what I love about them! Un like others that just do a minimum

Big Lots: Very easy to talk to. Very nice, and a cool person altogether.
