It now feels impossible to get promoted or even attempt to get paid on a level I should be making for my role. It feels like my only option is to leave and come back in 1-2 yrs to be fairly paid.

Harris Teeter: The store manager is very petty and not helpful. He and my department manger are usually standing arounf talking , knowing how understaff we are and how busy it gets but never landing a hand. Wished i had never worked there, big mistake on my part!!

Manulife: I feel you have a serious problem adhering to contract terms. I pay money and you get it. I don't like having to spend hours on health claims. I know you are in business to make money but it's sad that you make it extremely difficult to obtain items like orthotics when prescribed. Access is hard.

The Hartford: As an adjuster, we are constantly overworked and not compensated fairly compared to market value. Most companies pay about 10-20k more per year for the work that we do. Raises do not match inflation.
