Aetna: Allowing access to corporate offices and corporate managers. They hide from the customers and divert you to customer care. Which I already have spoken to 11 different people with no resolution.
Burger King: Is our Burger King has Juicy Is great hamburgers. They do a great job keeping the tables clean.
GE Aviation: Over 6 years with GE now. If you are an hourly employee, there is little to no chance for advancement no matter your qualifications. Hourly wage is so low, most folks have to work as much OT as possible just to exist. No transparency from mngmnt. I like what I do but I cannot recommend this company
Google: It is overall a good experience.
Asurion: Overall it has been a wonderful experience. I am currently not happy in the role I am in, but I am hoping to be able to change that sooner then later.
Burger King: I got accused of something I didn't do and then my gm called me we talked about it on the 31st then when I had tried to go in for my shift he had told me he didn't need me and that he had texted me an there was no text an he calls me 30mins later just to talk shit to me on his personal phone

Ross Stores: Just as fast as I started liking it, i began to hate it. As a cashier, they have you on these ridiculous statistics that are nearly unrealistic if you have inconsistent hours/time on register. Wildly enough, the customes affect them, but what comes first, the customer or the minigame we are on?

Coca-Cola Bottling Consolidated: Allows employees with tenure to disregard the guidelines they set for positions and other employees. People purposely work slow to get help or leave work for other employees. Management is bad with communicating changes or things that affect employees.
Ulta Beauty: I am very happy that I work for ULTA! That have taken care of me and fellow employees in every way they can.

Ross Stores: I worked at Ross coral ridge Florida during the interview the manager did not ask about my availability, when I told her my availability she only gave me 13 hours a week, and for this week I was supposed to work three days,she texted me I do not have to come to work today.

Serco: Permenant Serco management makes a lot of money and bonuses. If you are on contract with Serco. You will be under paid and support from Serco to provide equipment, tools, etc.. is some of worst support in the DOD Contracting. Need SMEs on contract for task lead positions in North America.

IKEA: Manager was awful!!! Literally one of the most fake people I ever met. The majority of the managers are awful and the majority of coworkers are amazing. Never work under a Milica at IKEA Burlington. She does not care about her employees at ALL!!
ServiceNow: Burnt out 6 months in, poor variety in career growth, definitely a who you know and who likes you versus true performance for advancement. 401k and education benefits are abysmal. And unlimited PTO is a marketing gimmick for billable resources
Chick-fil-A: Chick fil a as a brand is fantastic, the location i worked at has a terrible Owner and 2 GM's that are worthless

Panera Bread: I was fired for asking my general manager to work more hours. They kept cutting my hours and when I went to talk to bob farmer about not having to get a second job to make up for the hours I wasnt getting he fired me right on the spot.

Iron Mountain: Absolutely improve CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Resolving an issue in a timely manner (or at all sometimes) is basically impossible with Iron Mountain.

Sam's Club: Its been decent. Staffing is an issue and some of the higher ups do not perform their jobs correctly. Other than that most things go smoothly and coworkers are great!
Harbor Freight Tools: Harbor freight is not a very good run store
Burger King: I've worked my butt off for years to just be treated like a robot. I will never work for this company again.
Mondelez International North America: I have watched the company grow over the years and they always strive to move into new spaces and make necessary changes to move the needle.
Michelin: Splendid I love working there it's a great place to work
Google: Great company to work for on all dimensions except compensation. The greatness in other dimensions benefits, flexibility, employees being treated better are being balanced by subpar compensation.
Lexus: The plethora of 800 Phone numbers and disconnects and hold time because "i can't" (do that function) seems to be the motto. Lexus 800's:: where customer service goes to die.
FedEx: Our sales rep changes a lot, we will get one that does great, they get promoted then we end up with an incompetent one for a few months. Fedex loses the business for a while then will bring in a rep that does a great job -then repeat. It has been a frustration of ours for a long time.
