Bath & Body Works: Poor communication within the stores. Our store is small, disorganized and dirty. Employees are not respected in spite of the equity and inclusion initiative. Schedules are erratic as is store coverage. Sometimes too many on the floor, other times, not enough. Managers and key holders need training.
Alorica: A company that prides itself in being diverse lacks in the position of leadership. As a Veteran I feel that there are lack of opportunities for promotions unless you are in the right associations. I only ask for opportunities of which I have yet to even have one in the 1+ year of service.
Conagra Brands: I have been hit, slapped, grabbed, spit on, and shoved. I was immediately put into the pathway of the abusers. The guy in charge of safety said, " I think you need to think about who you are as a person to make people treat you that way." Thus saying I made the sister supervisors abuse me.
Textron Aviation: Delivery of parts. I've been waiting over 4 months for parts with no end in sight.

They restructured their compensation but in a way that won't have any effect on the people that have been stuck in a lower grade level for too long.
Winn Dixie Stores: ive been working at this company for 7 months, its been nothing but problems. the biggest concern i have is the fact that people have been made to work while being sick and having the knowlegde of them having covid multiple times and not telling people to get tested and keeping it all a secret.

TJX Companies : Tjx has been fine, however, my store has not been.
Guitar Center: Company does not value its employees at the store level. Upper management is so disconnected from the retail level. Associates are forced to work with 40 year old systems and dial up internet beause the big wigs only care about the money in their pockets
Boeing: I am an Engineer at the OKC site. I have found management is very hit or miss. In 4 years I have reported to 7 managers in the same roll. I also found that the site has an issue with inline promotions, they don't like to give them and if they do the accompanying raise is typically theft.
