Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While the culture is incredible, and they promote positive work life balance, the expectations, responsibilities and time-comittment do not equate to the salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their sincere desire to grow their team and offer opportunities that challenge us. Additionally, I admire their genuine interest in the wellbeing and happiness of their team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can I say everything? It is such a truly beautiful culture and it inspires me to be a more giving and engaged member of my team and community.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the supplemental benefits that we are able to take part in as well as the parental leave. The financial support during my maternity leave allowed me to really enjoy the precious early moments with my newborn.
