Strive for similar goals. Everyone wants to do a great job and look at great ways of improving what we do at all times. Team work amongst our managers is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think our culture focuses very much on the team and what we can do for them which results in great team members. I think we have a culture of doing better every days and not resting on what we have accomplished which is really important.
