Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Living in South Florida is getting extremely expensive and the raises are not quite matching the living expenses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The cost of living has increased tremendously, the prices at the hotel have increased quite a bit but employees only received a 4% increase. A little bit more was expected to match the increases.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Most of the leadership team care a lot about the employees and make sure that they are treated fairly but some new addition to the leadership team have a different frame of mind and only want to do things their way without listening to others.
