HR does a really good job of hiring genuinely nice people. I enjoy working with my fellow team members and coming across other team members from other departments in passing.

I don't feel undervalued as an employee. I think our compensation at this point in time is not competitive and I don't feel that it reflects the current economic condition that we are in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the best thing about our company, environment and culture is that we don't have the stress of feeling threatened or that we are going to lose our job. Instead, we feel supported by our immediate report and by our executive team.
