I have never worked for a company who shows that they care about the quality of the employees lives. Other companies only focus on what you can do for the company. At the Breakers, they seem to care about what the company can do for you to improve your life overall and not just at work.

The way that the Breakers takes care of their employees shows in the attitudes of the people who work here. Everyone is polite and no one really ever has a bad attitude. Everyone seems to be happy to be at work.

The amount of money that I know this company has makes it really hard for someone like me to dedicate myself to the company fully when they aren’t willing to pay me the amount of money to live comfortably. In todays world, 20$ an hour does not
