We have an open door policy relating to issues and queries. Respect and acceptance is actively practiced

What is the best part about your compensation package?
While our compensation package is good . The recent inflation made a dent in our take home pay.. so if possible a raise or subsidy would be appreciated greatly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Service charge is not ps8n yo banquets culinary and I believe ut I unfair as we care crucial to the Service.. also given inflation a little raise of pay would be nice
