Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact we tell our guest 20% is inclued but we just get pay 14 % of that.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people i work with. I love when i make them laugh even when they are having a bad day. Also that i am able to go to work and see how our guest get so amazed with our service
