Our culture and how much we all value it and instill it in others.

Working to instill a better work life balance. They care about the team first and it shows by giving us the tools and assistance when it is needed.

They lead with humility, candor and kindness. The fact they want to invest in us and our future is rarity that I do not wish to take for granted.

We are a family. We celebrate together and lift each other up when it is needed. I genuinely enjoy all of those who I have the pleasure of working with.

Being able to coach and guide our team and work along side them at a shared goal, to give our guests an incredible food experience while enjoying what we do.

Leading & Coaching our team. They are the heart and soul of our operation. I appreciate the relationships I've been able to build with them and the trust and respect we have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support we give to one another about quality of work instead of quantity. When we are able to reset and recharge, we are better leaders, better team members, better spouses and better friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The openness we have been able to shift about Mental Health and Wellness. Our industry is still lacking but I am proud to say we have made significant strides to change the stigma. We must act with kindness instead of judgement and we are doing that.
