The effort to make us feel a part of something bigger.
What makes you most happy at work?
Gping above and beyond in my job for guests who clearly delight in the service I provide. Interacting with my co-workers in such a way that we experience a great work flow and ensure a wonderful experience for our guests.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My closest coworker is amazing - a mature, experienced, professional hard worker who I can work with seamlessly. Some of my other Co workers who are newer are not going through the same vetting process the Breakets used to have and let's just say it is clearly evident.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After being employed here for almost 4 years going consistently above & beyond what my job requires that my department is hiring new employees at the same hourly rate I'm now making after almost 4 years of raises. I don't feel my very hard work is compensated fairly at all.
