My position at any other country club is paying much more than what im paid. Ive been here a long time and know the market.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how the company asks for our opinion but wish they would actually make adjustments. I feel we are heard but nothing is truly implemented to fix issues that we care about
