All Inclusive Environment most of the management is very understanding

I enjoy what I do, and I enjoy my coworkers

Some of us work as a team, so looking out for each other and helping when need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They Communicate well with us on upcoming changes and new policies. I have to say they listen to us when we need to voice our opinion as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For a long-term employees I don't feel the company is recognizing the skills and the valuable knowledge that we have, and have to share with the new employees coming in in order to meet The Breakers standards
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Taking into consideration all the extras that we are called on to do as longtime workers . We have to do our job we have to train the new people. And the expectation that has always been high 150% every day.
