The friends you do make feel like they are for a lifetime. It does not end just because of work.

The overall team moral. With our "we can do this" attitude, team work and easy communication; even difficult days do not seem bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When we have our annual reviews as an individual, talk of a raise or a path to a raise would be nice. Instead of having to wait when the company decides to give raises.
