The people we have working at this company are good people, in a whole everyone is looking out for one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
. Cost of living in this area has tremendously increased in South Florida and it has become increasingly more challenging to provide. My pay structure has not changed with the new times of inflation, housing costs and cost of living pre- covid.
