I believe pay could be better for the amount of hours we work and the stress of our job.

We work together as a team and spend a lot of time with each other, making ourselves more like a work family.

Everyone is pretty flexible with what we do here. We all get along and enjoy working together, even when it is crazy busy, we can find a way to keep our spirits high!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a salary employee, I feel for the hours I work I could definitely be paid more. I sacrifice a lot of time to be here working a lot of overtime. Sometimes it is needed and we understand that, but better compensation would help make up for that.
