I've enjoyed my time with The Breakers more than any other workplace in my life. The work is challenging and rewarding. I can't say that I'm always excited to go to work, as it's still work, but I'm always glad that I get to come to such a beautiful and welcoming place.

The team mentality shared by the employees is unlike any other companies I've worked for. It shows in the morale of the team and the resulting guest satisfaction.

Every day holds something new, which is great because I don't enjoy monotony. Although some days can be long and mentally/physically taxing, it's very rewarding in the end.

They are always open to feedback and truly believe and reflect the teamwork atmosphere. They see me as a person with a life outside of work, not just an employee number.
