Very well im proud to work at the breakers i feel like we as a buffet team dont get the recognition we deserve or pay that we deserve, theres no incentive or appreciation for all the work we do i keep my team happy anyway i can to make our common goal complete i feel like its all about the servers

What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication and the hard work my team puts in every sunday, i feel like everyone that works at circle should work sundays maybe alternate different buffet attendants on sundays so we dont have burnouts on monday or throughout the week
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot of work in my position i run and coordinate the brunch buffet on sundays, i set up brunch with the chefs including set up presentation lighting sternos, setting up risers and lows for Brunch i serve sometimes even cook im very versitile thats why i feel i should get a bonus or raise in %
