Maternity leave should be full pay or more time. Insurance policy is expensive

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have become a family. We have no judgment and really help each other out when in need.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everyone is kind and continuously keeps us well-informed on the property and health incentives. My department manager is outstanding and genuinely cares about the team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Managers are held responsible for many tasks that are consistently challenging and stressful. The stress incurred is also induced by the inflation we are experiencing on a daily basis. It is felt as though the income received is not matching the efforts we put in to make this company successful.
