Most everyone is always happy to be at work. I care about everyone here as if they where my family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living keeps going up. The cost of insurance has gone up, and I only recived a 3% increase last year. I am back to living paycheck to paycheck. Its not a good feeling.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy all the ways the company gets us involved by doing raffles for completing tower treks and donating blood. I also love the work we do with GIVES and getting out into the community and volunteering!
