I have been with the company for about 6 years and my experience has been very pleasant. I used to work 12 hours a day for the first two years and my managers listen to my request to improve the operation. I now work between 8-10 hours a day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency of how the hotel operates.

My Team is full of different personalities!

People come to work with great attitudes. It makes it easier to do your job.

The transparency. I don't feel like they are hiding anything and I always feel in the loop.

Everyone on my team understands the value of hard work, team work, as well as treating people with respect.

I feel that we are all trying to improve as a whole and it trickles down from the executive team.

Almost everyone is genuinely very nice. Its almost overwhelming when you first arrive, but you then realize this is the way people should be.

People are genuinely nice to each other. People are constantly greeting each other even when they never met. I hold random conversations with people in other departments.

Most people who work here are genuinely nice. When I first started working here, I was borderline uncomfortable, but then you realize people should be this nice all the time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works towards a common goal. There is a true felling of comradery. Also, working with people from different backgrounds changes your perception of the world in a positive way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about my leadership team is that I truly believe they care about the well-being off their team. Constantly increasing wages for Team Members to keep up with the cost of living is almost unheard of this day in age.
