The career growth is unlike any I have been allowed to be a part of. The positive team oriented environment makes each day worth it. Grass may be greener else where but the culture may not be. The culture here is beyond anything experienced!

Their ability to work together and care on tasks, especially in an out of normal day situation

The team and attitude the team embodies to help each other first to which translates down to the service we provide to the guests.

What makes you most happy at work?

My direct leader, the team, and the variety of day to day problem solving tasks. My direct leader is the greatest person to learn from!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Instead of comparing market value on pay, company should set the market value. Certain positions are compared on equal pay instead of an individual's work compared to peers

What are some of the best things about your team?

The can-do willingness to help each other. To teach and train each other in a positive manner to accomplish tasks united as a team vs doing it all by one's self.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The transparency and vision of company goals and the day to day, as well as, the long term plans on achieving the goals. Some companies may say it, but ours actually achieves it.
