Transparency from tenured employees who began their careers from the bottom up at the Breakers. We are treated as equals from the Kenans and to the Executive group.

The fact that i am able to contribute to the overall success of the company. Those of us drinking the kool aid of the Breakers, are able to coach and promote the new generation into providing genuine customer service that truley comes from the heart.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead by example. Over the years, there have been a few bad seeds in the upper leadership. I am happy to say the company finally weeded them out. Michele Wilde and Joan Bever are perfect examples of upper leadership that was taking advantage of their positions and were mean to the team.
