I've been proud to work at The Breakers since day 1. The orientation experience really drove home that I was in a special place. Then, meeting my peers confirmed it. There are opportunities for advancement and very good salary compensation compared to other hotels.

My team is exactly that, a big team. They are skilled, educated, compassionate, professional and fun.

Finding an on-property parking spot straight away makes me most happy at work as it sets the tone for a positive day.

The intentional spirit to serve is the most positive about our culture. We genuinely care that the guest has a positive experience.

We work in a beautiful resort on the beach. The company takes pride in how its maintained so it makes you proud too. I also like that we don't just hire anyone that applies. We hire those who fit the culture and who have the PI for the role.
