Over the past decade, I've had the opportunity to meet incredible people and learn from each encounter. I've gained an unmatched understanding of the hospitality industry and our guests while making friends along the way.

Very approachable and easy to talk to while remaining professional and solution driven.
What makes you most happy at work?
High volume of expensive wine drinking guests. Thousands of dollars of additional tips.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher hourly wage for tipped employees, monthly wages atleast 5k with opportunity to make more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family dynamic and reputation the breakers portrays. The belief i will be taken care of for my time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The security team, the historical room, the amount of pride and effort my management team provides and the support of my overseeing directors.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The relationships built over the years by genuinely getting to know them and their families followed by the respect given to all the hard working employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the room is getting transformed into something beautiful for an event or neighboring event. The circle weddings, new years, Halloween! Any special attention makes the shift exciting to be part of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a tipped employee, my pay is unpredictable and in sense like a lottery. Due to company requirements, I am always trying to maintain classic 9-5 requirements in a unconventional environment where efficiency is valued and shifts end between midnight and 2 am.
