There is no doubt that The Breakers creates a positive work environment by having so many resources available to assist TM's in so many different ways.

One of many things that make me happy at work is that there is a huge amount of support through out the entire hotel and each department is willing to assist in the success of other departments

Coming into work I have a great sense of well-being and look forward to the work day with team members to take on the challenges of the day and leave work knowing that it was a success.

The company truly believes in a work life balance. The company actually uses many tools , this survey for example to listen and get a pulse on what is important to each team member to create a positive work place and to retain the team member as a valuable asset to the organization.
