What are some of the best things about your team?
At the moment there is not much to say because alot coworkers are not giving their best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Person who have been with the company for many years and keep going above and beyond and keep the standards of the company high and love for their job can and should be better paid
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe they should a meeting with the department heads and find out their employees that are performing go above and beyond the ones that want to be at this company for a long time and increase their hourly rates dramatically.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation can be way better and should be most of the new employees they are not staying because of they are undervalue so imagine someone doing 5 years or longer and its pay check to check they are living and you giving your all for the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
To be honest it's hard to put my finger on 1 because there is a lot of new employees and there mind set is different but there is this 1 email been with company for 5 years and he always show up work and on time too.
