They truly care about me and make me feel valued. Unlike my manager.

Working with clients, seeing my co workers and coming to a beautiful environment every day.

Leadership truly cares about me, which is clearly defined in the culture they created for the team.

Prioritizes the well being of the team, policies in place that encourage, respect, value and support me and team.

I do not understand why raises are not based on merit, especially when team can easily be measured individually.

From walking into the beautiful building, being greeted by all team members smiling faces and then doing a job that I love makes me very happy.

Leadership genuinely cares abut the team, which is defined in the culture. Working with an entire talented team of happy, helpful, nice people creates a very positive environment.
