My overall experience is I love my job and the atmosphere that it is in & having the ability to move up and transfer to different departments. I do feel though at the Sea Food Bar there is a lot of favoritism and others who do not follow any of the Service Standards.

The best part about my compensation package is the health insurance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The chefs are gery good at what the do for it always being so stressful and busy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Over the last 2 years the Sea Food Bar has drastically changed. Before it was very professional, now it feels as if im working at Applebees. The mangers seem to not care about anything and for sure do not hold people accountable. Im very nervous for the months to come, this is a very weak team.
