What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers seem to be in it for themselves only and dont have the work ethic to help one another out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how kind and forgiving they are. No one is perfect and we all make mistakes but they are always supportive and help teach us what we can do better next time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the benefits should be based on the amount of hours you work not your title (on call, part time, full time etc) because I worked over part time hours this summer but was not able to receive any of the benefits that people working less amount of time than me were.
