The upper management seems to seriously consider employee feedback and is willing to change the status quo
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Servers are paid $2.35/ hour &13.9% since our service charge is used to pay other employees and a % back to the breakers. The company reported large profits at our yearly meeting for each restaurant. We would feel valued if we were paid a fair hourly wage &cause less financial stress in slow months.
