I feel like we are over-worked which makes us tired and not wanting to work. It hasnt always been like this so i believe it could get better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Servers are only making ~$2.30 per hour, even when we are working before and after business hours. Also, part time employees are usually working the same hours as full time employess but not allowed to get health benefits.
