What makes you most happy at work?

Working with my team members

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are supportive on the floor and jump into help wherever as needed

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all very closr and are comfortable relying on one another when in need of help

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

How welcoming and nice others are even beyond my own department. There is a sense of unity

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like some the skillset within my role varies and compensation should reflect as you grow and take on more responsibility. I believe this shoukd be a salary position as opposed to hourly and have junior/senior rankings as some perform at a hugher caliber than others and pay should reflect that
