Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The price of living has gone up drastically and The Breakers is a very succesful company, yet I see jobs at a car wash that offer very similar hourly compensation. The work we do to ensure the service we provide for the guest is at the level it needs to be, should be compensated better.
