The management at the company is mediocre/disengaged and there have been a lot of transitions in my time here. My experience working here has been fine, but there is definitely room for improvement. I wish the benefits were better and it would be nice to have more flexibility.

Overall, my experience has been good. Definitely ups and downs along the way, but positive for the most part. I would be happier with better pay and more flexibility to work remotely.

Compensation should be higher, but appreciate salary plus commission structure.

Overall, I have a wonderful team and everyone enjoys working together. We all have a common purpose.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is not one particular thing I like best. This is a broad question as there are definitely some individuals on the leadership team that are more approachable and generally more genuine people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits, specifically maternity leave and PTO is horrible. The amount of work and stress we endure specifically during high season December - May is incredibly unhealthy and we are not compensated fairly. It would be nice if they offered more PTO during the slow summer months.
