What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is very helpful and communicative.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The standard for me is what stands out. It is top hotch.

What makes you most happy at work?

The work envirnoment is very peaceful and the breakers allows you to express yourself.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If i'm wrong I stand corrected but the service charge is only shared amongst the waiters so why can't the chefs, stewards and other staff members who also help with the service that the Breakers provide for there customers be compensated as well.
