Employees are appreciated and respected. Its a safe environment and disrespect or violence is not tolerated. Company hires valuable and knowledgeable individuals who are capable of handling their roles and responsibilities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An increase in pay for the training and production of valuable team members, and management role I have been in for two years but not been compensated for.

I have been a devoted TM for over 10 years, working OT, handling the workload of more than one person. If my compensation were higher, I would not feel so undervalued.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel safe coming to work each day. My work atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant. My team works well together and we appreciate each other and the role each of us play.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have finally found an individual who is as driven, hardworking, organized and precise as me. We work very well as a team and I look forward to continuing to teach/train her into her next role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a sense of safety and mutual respect. Esp as a female, I am treated with respect by all male employees. This is required by the company but I also feel like the company does a great job at hiring individuals who uphold these values and morals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work overtime as needed, without being asked, I come in on my days off if required and I've proven my value to the company. However, I am not compensated enough for my loyalty and reliability to the company. If I were to seek opportunity elsewhere, I believe I would be offered much more.
