I think with the amount of time spent at work and the rising economy we need to be compensated in accordance.

The company say they want to be best is pay but somehow that doesn't reflect on our pay, with the inflation of everything now, whatever money I get pay go right back into bills. Even the insurace increase every year and the pay raise cannot match.
