Discounts; however during periods where discounts are not offered, enjoying and sharing our property with friends and family would a value add even it full retail pricing.

401K match; the annual vested value increase timeline is a bit dated. Most organizations have a one year period to be fully vested or provide their match after a team members anniversary once annually.
