More transparency with the service charge distribution would allow team members to feel more valued. Additionally, considering the times I believe the current hourly rates exclusive of the service charge could be raised.
What I like best about The Breaker's leadership team is how incredibly accommodating they are when it comes to scheduling and truly understanding the importance of a healthy work-life balance. As a new mom this made a huge impact on my quality of life!
