I have loved my 5 years at The Breakers. Getting to see the inside and the outside of it has helped me grow in hotel knowledge. Management has always been great and supportive, and I have never had a doubt about leaving the company.

Higher pay for the job I provide. It feels like the pay is basic in comparison to the work load provided

They all really care for me as an employee and as a person. They always look out for ways to help me and make me feel comfortable and appreciated.

For all the work and responsibility we have as team members in our department, our pay is not what it should be. We deal with a lot of stress, high revenue guests and a lot of day to day responsibilities regarding the guest stay and the pay does not reflect
