Higher rate of pay/ higher raise for those that have been here longer to make up for what new emplyees are getting paid to start.... inflation
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some need to take the initiative in the job. Be more customer attentive. Take it more seriously, while they are here, instead of not giving their all, just getting by.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Those that have been here for many years, should get a higher rate of raise, to make up for what people are being hired for now. Of course, if deserving
