My overall experience is very positive. I have little to complain about and more to be excited about. Everything seems to be on an upward trajectory and I can't wait to grow with the company in the next several years to come.

The similar desire to be great every day for every guest.

Finishing a hard day and knowing my clients were very happy with the service they received.

Making people feel excited about coming to the Breakers. Making them have a lasting memory of a fun vacation.

I feel like our company is genuine. We genuinely care about our clients, our employees, our town, and maintaining the history of our hotel.

We all work hard and want the same goals for our department. We have a united work ethic and we all respect and appreciate eachother.

We all understand eachothers lives because we have similarities in that we had to get skilled at something and we have similarities in that we grind out work together day to day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team make employees feel like they are important. Oprah teaches- "how people fundamentally desire to feel seen, heard, and valued, which aligns with the concept of wanting to be appreciated." I truly believe that the Leadership appreciates my hard work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team leads by listening, engaging and giving. Team members are made to feel like they are part of a whole, and that makes the work environment fun, trusting and motivating. I've always appreciated how the Breakers moves leadership positions from within the company. Teamwork!!!!
