I have been with the company for 19 years. Have seen so much improvement in the company as a whole. Feels there is real care for team to take care of themselves. As hectic and busy as it can be health and safety always trump other concerns.

A desire to continue improvement. Even when we are at our peak they look for ways for us to do better.

Seeing people that genuinely care about what they do. Very seldom does it feel people are here just to get a check.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it is positive. It is not something merely said at the beginning and then lost. It is lived daily from all level of team members.

Willingness. In all aspects of the job and culture we hire people that want to do well and succeed and are willing to go extra to do so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All the extra items that we typically do not use or even know are there. If one digs in there are so many little perks we never take advantage of.
