The leadership team does an excellent job of jeeping us informed on what is happening at the property
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other hotels I feel like we are paid considerably lower and work just as hard, if not harder

For being w the company for so many years, wosh my salary was higher - best part of package is the bonus

The positive attitude of the team and we all have the same goal as to making the guest have the best experience possible
