My overall experience at the Breakers is almost satisfactory, grate place to work, grate team members, managers and supervisor has team members best interest in most cases.

Doing what I like to do best.

The fact that ther work as a team ,not individually.

Always working hard with grate spirit, and helping out each other.

Giving back to the community, a Lil bonus at times and the benefits.

Our leadership team has us as team members best interest in most cases.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but a better hourly pay would be appropriated as I'm living paycheck to paycheck as everything get super expensive, rent/gas food.
What makes you most happy at work?
Able to do what I does best and knowing that guests appreciate our hard work and dedication to give work my best shot on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The reason I feel undervalued is that working in my department we work outside I'm the 80 to 90 degree heat daily inthe summer, and as cold as it gets in the winter, also in the rain of the rainy season doing what we does best,going above and beyond to make sure our golf
